Formerly CEO of the Centre for Workforce Intelligence (CfWI)[1] focused on improving workforce planning for the NHS and social care. Also director of wellbeing within Mouchel management consultancy. He has extensive successful experience in health, social care, education and children’s services, and for the last decade consultancy experience at senior levels within health, local authorities and central government. He successfully led the Mouchel team responsible for the winning £25m tender for the CfWI with the Department of Health, in partnership with Manchester Business School, in 2009. Peter is a chartered psychologist and a chartered scientist and an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society, and was formerly the chief psychologist in Southampton, where he was responsible for citywide initiatives on emotional literacy, mental health, anger management, learning and achievement, SEN, reducing exclusions, and promoting inclusion.
